  • I can strongly recommend Katherine Li as an excellent real estate agent. In 2015 we choose an agent in this area who has sold many homes, but she placed our price higher than it should have been and she only would do one open house. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we decided to take it off the market without an offer. Later in that year we choose another agent who was very helpful and who had many open houses, but she did not speak Chinese. In our experience, everyone who came to see our house was a Chinese speaker and needed a Chinese speaking agent.

    In 2016 we were reluctant to start negotiations with Katherine and so we grilled her very hard to determine if we would try to sell again. For two months we had buyers and their agents coming thru our home on an almost daily basis which didn't happen previously. Katherine always called the day ahead to arrange showings asking if the time would be convenient for us. She worked around our schedule. Only once did she ask for a showing within a shorter notice and that was the person who bought our home. Unlike the other agents, she gave us text messages after every showing telling us why they liked it or why they didn't. She did multiple open houses. Katherine has kept us informed all the way through the processing of offers (2) and during escrow. The photographer she used was very superior to the prior one and the flyer and MLS listing was excellent.

    She knows the market and the necessary timing to make the sale happen and the way she kept us informed throughout the process are the reasons I would recommend her highly.
